Superior Stucco St. Petersburg is a stucco contractor serving St. Petersburg since 2017, focused on durable exterior finishes for homes, condos, and commercial buildings. Our work centers on stucco repair and replacement, full re-stucco projects, and moisture-related remediation that protects framing and sheathing. You get straightforward scope, clear material selections, and clean, jobsite-safe execution from start to finish.
We work with traditional Portland cement stucco and modern exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), including basecoat, fiberglass mesh, and acrylic finish coats. Common scopes include crack repair, control joint and expansion joint corrections, weep screed and casing bead replacement, window and door tie-ins, kick-out flashing upgrades, and color-matched finish blending. For long-term performance we follow ASTM and manufacturer specs for lath installation, fastener spacing, scratch and brown coat thickness, cure time, and sealant joints (backer rod plus polyurethane or siliconized sealant where specified).
Built on Preparation and Craftsmanship: A good stucco job starts with substrate and water management, not the finish color. We verify the wall assembly (WRB and flashing), correct drainage at terminations, and set straight planes before we ever texture, using proper mixing, troweling, and floating for consistent density and bond. The result is a finish that looks clean from the street, sheds water as designed, and holds up through Florida sun, wind-driven rain, and seasonal movement.
Whether you are planning a new stucco project or need repairs to existing stucco in St. Petersburg, our team is ready to help. Call now or send a request and we will get back to you within one business day.
